Israel designated the Palestinian Authority a terror-supporting entity. After lengthy Cabinet deliberations Monday night, the Israeli government also declared that two groups affiliated with Palestinian Authority President Yasser Arafat — the Tanzim militia and the Force 17 presidential guard — are terrorist organizations.
