Israel Disagrees with State Dept. on Turco-iraq Pact

Israel circles here sharply disagreed today with the view taken by the State Department that the Turkish-Iraqi treaty is a development favorable to the Jewish State. They also rejected the State Department’s contention that this treaty was breaking up the Arab League.
