Israel foiled Palestinian plots to fired rockets from the West Bank and attack a Jerusalem school. The Shin Bet said Tuesday it had arrested the leader of an Islamic Jihad cell in Jenin, Jibril Zubeidi, last December, and that the plans emerged during his interrogation.
