An Israel-Netherlands commercial aviation agreement was signed here yesterday.
The pact entitles El Al, the Israel National Airlines, to operate a service between Holland and Israel and to use Dutch facilities on its transoceanic operations. The Dutch KIM line will use the Lydda airport facilities as part of its Far Eastern service.
