An aide memoire expressing Israel’s concern over the latest developments in the reparations talks with Germany was presented today to the State Department by Israel’s Ambassador Abba Eban.

The aide memoire, which contained a report on the German-Israel negotiations, was presented by Ambassador Eban to Geoffrey Lewis, director of the State Department’s Bureau of German Affairs, for submission to Secretary of State Dean Acheson.
