Israel is helping Kenya build a disaster response center. Israel’s ambassador to Kenya, Emmanuel Seri, made the announcement last week in Nairobi. Israel has helped Kenya’s response to two disasters, the 1998 bombing of the U.S. Embassy in Nairobi and the recent collapse of a building near Nairobi.
