Israel is helping Mexico and the Dominican Republic deal with tropical storm Noel.
The Foreign Ministry in Jerusalem said Wednesday it was donating $20,000 worth of emergency equipment to the Latin American countries, which have been lashed by Noel since late last week.
Israel’s ambassadors in Mexico City and Santo Domingo will handle distribution of the aid.
