Israel is sending a team to New York seeking to change the composition of a U.N. fact-finding team going to the Jenin refugee camp. Following talks with Israel’s ambassador to the United Nations, U.N. Secretary-General Kofi Annan indicated a willingness to consider widening the fact-finding commission.
