Israel may release a group of Lebanese prisoners in exchange for a videotape of four Israelis held by Hezbollah since October, the London-based Al-Hayat newspaper reported. The Arabic newspaper said the proposal came amid German mediation efforts to arrange a prisoner swap between the two sides.
