The Israel Medical Association has turned down a request by a local tourist agent for the Association to act as host to a group of German physicians expected to tour Israel shortly.

In refusing to act as host to the German group, the Association pointed to the part played by German doctors in carrying out the Nazi plan of physically and biologically exterminating European Jewry. It was learned that the group of touring doctors was organized privately by a German travel agent who asked an Israel touring agency to contact the Israel Medical Association.
