Israel Minister Mordecai Namir arrived here by train yesterday from Warsaw. He had been absent a month since he went to Paris to confer with Foreign Minister Moshe Sharett, then on his way to Lake Success for the United Nations General Assembly meeting. Mr. Namir proceeded from Paris to Tel Aviv for a brief visit home and a conference with Premier David Ben Gurion.
