Israel Names Library After Late New York Jewish Leader

A library named for the late Robert S. Marcus of New York, political director of the World Jewish Congress, was opened in a kibbutz composed of Buchenwald survivors, near here. Present at the ceremony were representatives of the WJC, the American Embassy and the Israel Education Ministry.
