Katriel Katz currently Charged Affairs of the Israel Legation in Budapest, has been named Minister to Warsaw the Israel Foreign Ministry announced here today. He is the first Minister appointed by Jerusalem since Dr. Arieh Kubovi was named persona non grata by the Polish Government in 1952.
