Ceremonies were held today marking the return of the Hebrew University to its original campus on Mount Scopus, after nearly 20 years during which the university buildings were isolated from the rest of Israel in Jordanian occupied territory. Attending the ceremonies were President Zalman Shazar, Prime Minister Levi Eshkol, Sephardic Chief Rabbi Nissim, members of the Knesset, University president Elat and other dignitaries.
