The U.S.-British-French joint declaration on Middle East arms will be considered in a general debate in the Israel parliament, beginning tomorrow. Premier David Ben Gurion is scheduled to open the debate.

A discussion of Israel’s substitute plan for Jerusalem, which was to be aired in the parliament, has been postponed, as was a scheduled vote on the proposed Israel constitution.

(The Anglo-American-French decision on the shipment of arms to Middle East countries was bitterly assailed last night in the Egyptian parliament during a debate on foreign policy affairs, Reuters reported. The Speaker of the parliament proposed that the "bitter words" spoken against the United States and Britain be stricken from the record.)
