Israel President Itzhak Ben Zvi will announce clemency for several hundred inmates of Israel’s prisons, it was learned here today. The Ministries of Justice and Police were asked by him to submit lists of prisoners and recommendations for clemency. The announcements will be made on Israel Independence Day, April 20th.
