Israel ranked second after Iraq on a list of countries that threaten world peace, according to a survey conducted by French newspapers. Syria, Iran and Libya appear lower down on the list, which is based on a survey conducted by five local dailies in northwest France, according to the Israeli daily Ha’aretz.
