Israel renewed blockades around Kalkilya, Jenin, Nablus and Tulkarm. Travel restrictions also were put in place around Ramallah. The moves came in the wake of Palestinian terror attacks in which four Israelis were killed this week. In a late-night meeting Wednesday, Israel’s Security Cabinet approved the measures, aimed at preventing terrorists from leaving Palestinian areas to carry out terror attacks.
