Israel Renews Complaints to U.N. Body Against Egypt and Jordan

Israel renewed today complaints that Egypt and Jordan are “persisting in war like propaganda” in violation of the armistice pacts. The complaints were made to the Mixed Armistice Commissions.

The Israeli complaints insist that unless the Arab states comply with the armistice pact provisions forbidding hostile incitement against Israel, the cease-fire agreements given to U.N. Secretary General Dag Hammarskjold last April will fall apart.
