A gift of $100,000 by Israel Rogosin, New York industrialist and philanthropist, to Brandeis University was announced here today by Dr. Abram L. Sachar, president of the University. He also disclosed that in addition to this contribution, some $170,000 was raised for the institution at private fund-raising meetings last week.
