Hirschmann declared at a press conference here yesterday upon his return from a trip which took him to Yugoslavia and Israel. Mr. Hirschmann is national chairman of the newly organized Foundation of the Jewish National Fund. The Foundation was established to derive funds from living legacies, bequests and insurance to increase the Jewish National Fund’s income.
