Israel may be seeking American diplomatic support in the Adolf Eichmann extradition case now pending before the United Nations, Government sources indicated today after a meeting of Israel Ambassador Avraham Harman with Under Secretary of State C. Douglas Dillon.
The details of today’s meeting were not divulged. Israeli sources characterized it as a normal, general exchange on mutually interesting topics.
