Negotiations between representatives of the Israel Government and the Bonn Government for the return of property in Israel belonging to the Templars, a German Protestant group, will open in Copenhagen July 17, it was announced today by Gershon Miron, who will head the Israeli delegation to the talks.

Mr. Miron, who arrived here from Israel, estimated that the negotiations would last quite a while because of the variety and complexity of the problems involved. The Templars’ property was confiscated by the Mandatory Government during World War II and was later transferred to the Israeli Custodian for Enemy Property.
