The Israel delegation which will go to China at the invitation of the Peking regime will leave in about six weeks, it was learned here today. Premier Sharett announced the invitation in Parliament this week.
It is understood that the delegation will consist of four or five persons, headed by a man of ambassadorial rank. David Hacohen, Israel Minister to Burma, has been mentioned as a possible choice to head the group. The invitation arrived at the Foreign Ministry in Chinese, with a copy translated into English attached to the original text.
