Israeli Doctor Among Experts Studying Polio Problems

Dr. H. Bernkopf, of the Hebrew University-Hadassah Medical School in Jerusalem, is one of eight experts from various parts of the world who began meeting in Rome today under the auspices of the World Health Organization to draft proposals for a worldwide program of research on polio viruses and for the development and application of control measures. The conference, the first of its kind, will continue until Saturday, WHO headquarters here announced.
