Israeli envoys are helping famine-struck residents of Kenya. Staff at the Israeli Embassy in Nairobi left Wednesday for the southern village of Mingini to distribute food to inhabitants, Israel Radio reported Wednesday. The Israeli Embassy is sending 15 tons of food, including rice and beans.
