Israeli forces arrested a Palestinian they accused of planning a deadly June 2001 suicide bombing at a Tel Aviv disco. Israeli officials said after nabbing Sheik Samach in Kalkilya on Wednesday that he was planning further suicide attacks on Israeli targets, according to Israel Radio.
