Israeli forces arrested a senior Palestinian terrorist in the West Bank.
Undercover commandos raided Bethlehem Monday, seizing the local leader of Islamic Jihad. In confrontations triggered by the incursion, in which scores of local Palestinians threw rocks and Molotov cocktails at the Israeli troops, Palestinians said a 17-year-old youth was killed by Israeli fire.
