Israeli forces captured a Palestinian fugitive recently ejected from Yasser Arafat’s headquarters. Witnesses said Ali Barghouti and three other Palestinians were captured by troops in the West Bank city of Ramallah on Thursday. Barghouti was one of a dozen members of the Al-Aksa Brigade forced to leave Arafat’s Ramallah compound last week amid fears of an impending Israeli raid to arrest the fugitives.
