Israeli Foreign Minister Abba Eban arrived here unexpectedly from Washington Wednesday to visit his mother, 80, who is reported to be seriously ill in a hospital. Eban had been due here Friday morning for a meeting with Britain’s new Foreign Secretary James Callaghan. A Foreign Office spokesman informed the JTA that they would meet at Dorneywood, the Foreign Secretary’s official residence for a working lunch. He said the agenda would include bilateral Anglo-Israeli problems, Israel’s relations with the European Common Market and peace-making moves in the Middle East.
