A five-man Israel delegation left today for Moscow to participate in the international economic conference which has been convoked by the Soviet Government.
The delegation sailed from Haifa to Odessa and included a representative of the left-wing Mapam Party, a representative of the left-wing collective settlements and private traders. The delegates were promised that they will be allowed free contact with Soviet trade cooperatives and industries.
