The Israel Government is about to send its reply to the Communist Chinese letter received here four weeks ago, it was learned here today. The letter advocated nuclear disarmament for the Middle East. Although details of Israel’s reply have not been released, it is understood that Israel will reject the Chinese proposal on the grounds that Israel favors global disarmament in general, and complete disarmament in the Middle East in particular.
