Israeli planes rocketed a Palestinian Authority headquarters in Nablus in retaliation for a terror attack on a Jewish settlement. Palestinian sources said at least 11 people were wounded in the air strike Wednesday night. Reports said that just before the Israeli reprisal, guards at the Nablus jail released Hamas and Islamic Jihad prisoners.
