Israeli police are investigating whether an Israeli whose charred body was found in a burned car near Ramallah over the weekend was the victim of another lynching. A police official said the family of a 25-year-old Israeli reported missing had been unable to identify the body because of its state. Palestinian security officials, who transferred the body to Israel, claim the Israeli was involved in criminal drug activity.
