Israeli police said they uncovered an 11-man Israeli Arab terror cell. The cell planned to kidnap soldiers and carry out attacks against civilian and military targets, police charged. According to the Jerusalem Post, the group is also suspected of criminal activities, including theft and the murder of a prostitute in Haifa five years ago.
