Israeli politician Yossi Sarid received security protection after a broadcaster on a pirate radio station called for killing the leader of the secularist Meretz Party. Police are searching for the broadcaster, Yisrael Bodak, who made the remarks on a Jerusalem-area station that identifies with the fervently Orthodox Shas movement.
