Israeli President Moshe Katsav is considering whether to ask Russia to return an Israeli tank that was captured during the 1982 war in Lebanon, according to the Jerusalem Post. The tank, displayed in a Russian museum, is believed to have been manned by three Israeli MIAs, Zechariah Baumel, Yehuda Katz and Zvi Feldman.
