Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon canceled a trip to Belgium after a judge there opened an investigation into his role in the 1982 Sabra and Shatila massacre in Lebanon, the Israeli daily Ha’aretz reported. Sharon is due to leave Thursday on his first official visit to Europe since taking office.
