Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak and Palestinian Authority Yasser Arafat agreed on Wednesday in Paris to a draft accord to end the violence in Israel, the West Bank and Gaza Strip, according to Israel Radio. Under the terms of the agreement, Israel would withdraw its forces to where they were before the violence began. A more detailed agreement will reportedly be signed Thursday in Egypt.
