Mrs. Zena Harman, of Israel, was reelected chairman of the executive board of the United Nations Childrens Fund today. She was chosen without opposition. Mrs. Harman is the wife of Ambassador Avraham Harman, Israel’s envoy to Washington.
This will be Mrs. Harman’s second term as the highest officer of UNICEF. She has been very active in the affairs of the agency, which furnishes aid to mothers and children throughout the world.
