Israeli scientists will face fewer security restrictions when they visit U.S. national laboratories, according to U.S. Energy Department officials. The provision lifting the restrictions is expected to be part of an agreement signed later this week by Israel and the United States. The moves comes during a visit by U.S. Energy Secretary Bill Richardson, who is on a 10-day trip to the Middle East.
