Israeli security forces thwarted a Palestinian suicide bombing. Troops searching the West Bank city of Nablus on Saturday found an explosives belt hidden in a car. It was safely detonated. Security sources said the belt, weighing more than 20 pounds, was intended for use in an attack in Israel.
