Israeli security officers arrested a Palestinian suspected of planning to assassinate Israel’s ambassador to Germany. The Palestinian also is suspected of trying to recruit a Russian immigrant to smuggle a bomb into a Jerusalem nightclub, the daily Ma’ariv reported Thursday.
