Israel’s Cabinet narrowly approved a prisoner swap with Hezbollah. By a vote of 12-11 on Sunday, Prime Minister Ariel Sharon’s government approved the deal in which Israel would release around 400 Arab prisoners in exchange for the return of Israeli businessman Elhanan Tannenbaum and the bodies of three Israeli soldiers held by Hezbollah.
