Israel’s consul general in The Hague was arrested on suspicion of taking bribes. Uriel Yitzhaki, who is accused of issuing as many as 150 Israeli passports to ineligible applicants in exchange for money, was arrested Tuesday as he arrived in Tel Aviv on a visit from the Netherlands.
