Israel’s defense minister called on settlers slated for removal from the Gaza Strip and northern West Bank to evacuate their children voluntarily. Addressing the Knesset’s Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee on Monday, Shaul Mofaz said that while some settlers may resist the upcoming Israeli withdrawals, their children should be spared the sight and relocated in advance.
