Israel’s defense minister says he hopes the Palestinians will understand that “the world has changed” with the overthrow of Saddam Hussein. Shaul Mofaz told reporters Thursday that the Palestinians must “give the chance for a new and authentic leadership to grow, end terror and incitement and return to the negotiating table.”
