Israel’s Defense Ministry is offering a reward to anyone who can provide information to help locate the Dakar submarine, which was lost at sea in 1968. The decision to offer the reward was made in conjunction with the families of the 69 crew members who were on board the submarine when it disappeared during its maiden voyage from Britain to Israel.
