Israel’s High Court of Justice allowed Israeli soldiers to fire in certain instances on Palestinian ambulances. The court accepted Israel’s claim that the ambulances have been used to transport terrorists and explosives, and that soldiers should be able to open fire in what they consider dangerous situations.
