Israel’s High Court of Justice barred the army from uprooting a Palestinian man’s olive grove in the West Bank. The decision came in response to a petition filed by the owner, believed to be the first time since Palestinian violence began more than three months ago that a Palestinian turned to an Israeli court to protect his trees.
